Cancellation Policy
By booking a Motherhood Mini Session with Shutter Surprise by Nani, you agree to the following terms: No Refunds – All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a session is booked, the payment is final. No Cancellations – Cancellations will not be accepted. If a client chooses to cancel, the session fee will be forfeited. No Reschedules – Due to the limited availability of mini sessions, rescheduling is not permitted. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your session to a friend or family member (must notify us in advance). Late Arrivals – Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled session may have reduced shooting time or risk forfeiting their session with no refund or reschedule. Weather Clause – If the session is outdoors and inclement weather occurs, the photographer will determine whether to proceed or move to an alternate indoor location. Reschedules due to weather will be at the discretion of the photographer only. No Outfit Changes – Mini sessions are timed and styled in advance, so no additional outfit changes are allowed beyond what is planned. Client Responsibility – It is the client's responsibility to ensure all participants are ready on time. Any lost session time due to unpreparedness will not be compensated.
